I am not keeping up with this blog as well as I hoped!! Anyway I went to slimming world this Monday and I lost 6lb this week!! On top of 6lb last week I have lost 12lb in a fortnight!! That's over a stone since new year!! I won slimmer of the week again this week and my half stone certificate :) Let's hope I keep this up!!

9:30 am:
I think I did well yesterday. Although I skipped breakfast again I had a chicken salad with pasta for lunch and lentil soup with 2 rounds for tea. Just taking morning meds now so no food for an hour. May have to have brunch again lol
12:00 pm:
Had beans on toast!!!
3:20 pm:
Fell asleep after lunch. Typical for me hehe. I think in the new year I may try a little swimming. :)

So today is the real 1st day. I will be using a boots weighing machine and uploading pics of the tickets for all to see!!
10:00 am:
So it is 10:00 am and so far I have not eaten but as I have forgotten to take my omeprazole I can't for another hour!! lol. I will be having a light brunch at about 11 I think. Exercise for the day will be cleaning this hell hole ready for christmas decorations!! Back later!

For tea I had chilli again lol. Linda McCartney mince and low fat chilli sauce with a small helping of rice. Stuffed now!!!

So I have started a sponsored weight loss!!! I have until July to lose 5 stone, well that is the target I have given myself!! I am currently 22 stone 4lb so my target weight is 17 stone. I am quite excited about this!!
