I think I did well yesterday. Although I skipped breakfast again I had a chicken salad with pasta for lunch and lentil soup with 2 rounds for tea. Just taking morning meds now so no food for an hour. May have to have brunch again lol

Had beans on toast!!!
3:20 pm:
Fell asleep after lunch. Typical for me hehe. I think in the new year I may try a little swimming. :)
